Services provided to obtain the Declaration of Value:

· If everything seems extremely complicated for you and if you haven't started the procedure yet, we will be glad to help you draft your file from the very beginning. 

· If your file is already complete, we shall check every detail of it, we shall schedule the appointment with the Consulate of Bucharest and we shall represent you for the submission of the file and picking up the Declaration of Value on your behalf.   

Documents required for the Declaration of Value:

* High school / secondary education    

The following original documents shall be submitted:

· · The Graduation Diploma / Certificate

· The Transcripts of Records of the diploma / certificate

· Certificate of authenticity for each separate document.

Note: 

The certificates of authenticity shall be obtained from the secretary office of the education institution; you shall apply for 2 original copies of the certificate: one shall be submitted to the County School Inspectorate for the original document endorsement and the other one shall be enclosed to the file for the Italian Consulate.

After receiving your original documents, we shall take care of the formalities below:

· Applying the Apostille at the Prefect Institution;

· Notarized certified copies of the study documents;

· Certified translation  into Italian of the original documents bearing the Apostille;

· · Notarization of the certified translations;;

· Superlegalisation of the certified copies and of the notarized translations by the application of the Apostille at the Chamber of the Notaries Public;

· Photocopies of all the original and certified, notarized and superlegalised documents.

The following original documents shall be submitted:

· · The High School (Romanian Baccalaureate) Diploma 

· The Transcripts of Records of the High School (Romanian Baccalaureate) Diploma

· · The University Degree 

· The Transcripts of Records of the University Degree

· The Curriculum accompanied by a nominal certificate

· Certificate of authenticity for each separate document.

Note: 

The certificates of authenticity shall be obtained from the secretary office of the education institution; for the Baccalaureate Diploma ant its Transcripts of Records you shall apply for 2 original copies of the certificate: one shall be submitted to the County School Inspectorate for the endorsement of the original document and the other one shall be enclosed to the file for the Italian Consulate.

In most cases, we can represent graduates of school units in Bucharest in order to obtain these certificates (conditions differ from case to case). In exceptional situations, we can also obtain certificates of authenticity from school units in other counties of the country.

After receiving your original documents, we shall take care of the formalities below:

· endorsement of the original Baccalaureate diploma and the related matríole sheet at the School InspectorateThe endorsement is done only at the school inspectorate in the county where the documents were issued. We can represent you at the Bucharest School Inspectorate. If the study documents were issued in other counties of the country, we will try to certify the originals at the School Inspectorate in the respective county, without this being possible in all situations;

· endorsement of the original of the bachelor's degree, the related transcript and the analytical program at CNRED (National Center for the Recognition and Equivalence of Diplomas within the Ministry of Education)

· Applying the Apostille at the Prefect Institution;

· Notarized certified copies of the study documents;

· Certified translation  into Italian of the original documents bearing the Apostille;

· · Notarization of the certified translations;;

· Superlegalisation of the certified copies and of the notarized translations by the application of the Apostille at the Chamber of the Notaries Public;

· Photocopies of all the original and certified, notarized and superlegalised documents.

Important remark:
- For the acknowledgement of a University Degree, two Declarations of value shall be issued: one for the Baccalaureate Diploma and one for the University Degree. 
- Given the circumstances, the costs shall automatically increase as the fees must be paid for two Declarations of Value and in order to make up the file the translation and the certified copy of the curriculum imply higher cost considering the volume thereof.

The following original documents shall be submitted:
