The certified copies and notarized translations of these documents shall bear a second Apostille applied by the Chamber of the Notaries Public.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">On the grounds of the concluded conventions, the citizens of Belgium, China, Korea, Moldavia and Poland are exempted from the Apostille obligation. We mention that these countries are not part of the Convention of the Hague.\nThe Apostille warrants the official legal acknowledgement. This means that a document bearing the Apostille of the Convention of the Hague is automatically acknowledged and it may be used without any further formality in all the signatory states.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p class=\"\">The Romanian deeds bearing the Apostille of the Convention of the Hague are acknowledged in the countries listed below.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p class=\"\">For the states that did not adhere to the Convention of the Hague (Brazil, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait etc.) the superlegalization procedure shall be achieved by the \u00a0endorsement of the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Justice and, where applicable, of the Consulate of that particular country in Bucharest.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p class=\"\">The updated list of the states that adhered to the Convention of the Hague is: Albania, South Africa, Andorra, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Armenia, Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bahamas, Barbados, Belgium, Belize, Belarus, Bosnia - Herzegovina<br>Botswana, Brunei, Bulgaria, China (Hong Kong), China (Macao), Columbia, Cook Islands, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Dominica, Ecuador, Estonia, Switzerland, El Salvador, Fiji<br>Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Grenada, Honduras, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Latvia, Lesotho, Liberia, Liechtenstein, Luxemburg, Macedonia, Malawi, Malta, Mauritius, Great Britain and \u00a0Northern Ireland, Marshall Island, Mexico, Monaco, Montenegro, Namibia, Norway, Niue, New Zeeland, Holland, Panama, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, St. Kitts and Nevis, Samoa, San Marino, Serbia, Seychelles, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Surinam, Swaziland, United States of America, Sweden, Tonga, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkey, Ukraine, Hungary, Venezuela.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p class=\"\">The deeds on which the Apostille may be applied are the following:&nbsp;<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">- original Birth Certificates, international model;<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">- original\u00a0Birth Certificates, international model;<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">- original\u00a0Marriage Certificates, international model;<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">- original\u00a0Baptism\/Religious Wedding Certificates, previously endorsed by the County Directorate of Culture, Cults and National Cultural Patrimony of Brasov city, str. Michael Weiss nr. 22;<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">- original\u00a0Criminal Record Check and Driving Records, issued by the Police Department of the area where the applicant resides;<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p class=\"\">- fiscal residence certificate<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">- original\u00a0Certificates attesting the residence and the citizenship of the person or the legal status in Romania, issued by the County Vital Statistics Office, namely the National Inspectorate of Vital Statistics, b-dul Eroilor nr. 8, cam. 2, 0268 416550 \u00a0int. 177; 0268-414460<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">- Certificate for the Family Members issued by the General Public Vital Statistics Office<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">- original\u00a0Study Deeds, endorsed by the issuing Ministry;<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">- original\u00a0Medical certificates, endorsed by the Public Health Directorate of Brasov county, str.
